Located in the centre of the site, the EXPO-Roof is an impressive location of a special dimension. With the four wooden pavilions underneath, exhibitions, concerts and events can take place outdoors, yet protected from the weather. Accessible from all sides, the location also offers ideal conditions for indoor and outdoor events in combination with Hermesplatz. As a landmark of the EXPO 2000 world exhibition, the so-called EXPO wooden roof is the ideal location for a special kind of event. The largest self-supporting wooden roof in the world offers a covered area of more than 16,000 square metres. Among other things, four individual pavilions (32-35) with a size of 975 - 1,430 m² will be covered.
Each individual pavilion has a small gallery at the rear of the building as well as corresponding service areas. The advantage: each pavilion can be used and booked separately. The Expodach pavilions are located at the South Entrance of the exhibition centre.
